Getting scammed on Instagram

Description

I have recently made a stupid mistake, I was stupid enough to fall for this scam involving a dropshipping mentorship, they wanted $12,000 for a years course and I opted to do a 3 month course instead for $3000. This ended up being a scam and they persuaded me to use friends and family even though I insisted to use goods and services which I did for the first payment. I am now down 3k and would like to know how I can or if I can get my money back?
