Hi there everyone, I am a 20 year old girl attending university, and I was trying to sell a textbook. This woman messaged me and I decided to not go forward with the sale as she was asking me to send money to Money Gram Transfer. I never received any money in my pay pal account or even any pending. I then got an email in my junk from an email ending in saying I have to send money when I didn’t even receive. I’m very scared can someone please help me. It said legal action can be taken place. Is this fraud??
