Hi all-I just provided a customer a full refund through PayPal and realized they originally charged a $2 fee, but only returned the amount of item and taxes to the buyer. The additional $2 will be deducted from my account. When did this change?? I saw the policy was updated saying sellers will not received fees back, but come on. I think this is ridiculous! Is there anything I can do? Thanks for your help In advance.
