Hello! I filed a paypal dispute with an eBay seller. I contacted him through eBay messenger before filing a dispute with PayPal. I received no respond from the seller until I filed the dispute with PayPal then the seller contacted me through eBay messenger. My question is should I be communicating with the seller through eBay now that I have escalated my dispute through paypal?
