EBay fraud

Description

I bought a range on eBay a while back and am just finding out that the description on eBay was a false. The seller Best Comfort Zone, Inc (kmat9997) wrote in the ad that this JennAir range had only been turned on twice and it was in perfect condition. I am now finding out, after I started to having problems, from JennAir that the range had been serviced twice before I bought it and that they, JennAir, had replaced this range with a brand new range and this one should be scrapped i.e. junked. Nobody was supposed to resell this range. Unfortunately, I am being told now it is too late to dispute this as the purchase was back in Dec. The way I see it I am just finding out about this lie and I am **bleep** by Best Comfort Zone Inc. Has anyone had a similar issues and know someone that can help me?
