E-Helium Inc Fraudulent Seller

On 5/21, I made a purchase through a Facebook link (mistake number one, I know) for some mountain biking gear. Received an immediate confirmation. and things looked fine. The next morning, however, I realized it was a fraudulent website. After looking through info on the PayPal site, I filed an unauthorized use claim listing a fraudulent seller as the reason. That claim was denied. I’ve tried reaching out to the seller again with no response, and now my confirmation number no longer shows an order but an error screen on their website. When I try to open a new claim in the dispute resolution center I’m taken directly to the resolution of the first report, and am unable to open another one. What recourse do I have left?
