Description
We recently purchased an item from a website for what looked like a good deal on some items. We didn’t realize the site was out of the U.S. at the time and the sellers took forever to process our order. We then asked Paypal to cancel our shipment because of the excessive time they automatically updated shipping. After waiting already for almost a month and then waiting for another month we received a package from the seller finally but it was an item not even close to the items we ordered they were fake RayBan sunglasses and we ordered multiple board game items. We have been going through dispute resolution and Paypal insists that we placate the company by trying to find a common ground. We have asked for a refund multiple times it started with the company wanting to refund us some but not all of our money which we found to be ridiculous it should be a full refund as we have been patient and the item isn’t even close to what we ordered. Now for a full refund we have to send the item back to them but the shipping will be exorbitant and we feel that they should be providing the money for intercontinental shipping costs and also giving us our refund. I don’t mind sending it back but I don’t feel like I should have to pay for a company’s mistakes. Has anyone had any luck in this situation or is it just a complete hassle and should I never use the service again for this reason? Solved! Go to Solution.
