Dispute return

Description

I have been awarded a refund for a faulty purchase- but the seller has requested I send it to China knowing full well I cannot as it is not legal to from where I am. The package was sent to me from NSW Australia and the problem is it is ILLEGAL to send paints to China (its part of the prohibited dangerous goods from Australia laws). Ive contacted Paypal 5 times in as many days with no reply, and I only have 1 more day until i can send (we cant post things on the weekend here) Please help what do i do!?
