Dispute help

hello, I have purchase from a seller named Golden Sea Service Limited, its been like 3 months and nothing has arrived except one shirt that came ripped so it was never worn. I filed a dispute, but they are demanding I send the items back which is only one that is ripped. Is it possible to have them pay for shipping label as I dont know where or how to ship internationally.
