What is going on!? This is bad business. I opened a dispute Sept. 8th and am still dealing with it. PP told me I would have to return mail the item, but now it has to go back to a China address, which they advise they would email me in English, but have not, hence the call. I don’t feel comfortable having to pay for the return either, considering I’d have to count on reimbursement from PP, particularly since you can’t even get a hold for them. To say nothing of everyone’s time being valuable, this is above and beyond. Sorry for the rant, who makes it through 7.5 hours on hold without being disgruntled, ridiculous! My day off blown and nothing accomplished, ugh! I sent messages as well, and with my phone, I can’t do the return call.
