Card suddenly not accepted

Description

I have been using Paypal for years with no problems, but I am suddenly not able to complete any transactions. I keep getting an error message – We’re sorry, your VISA-XXXX, MASTERCARD-XXXX and LLOYDS BANK PLC-XXXX are not accepted. Please add another card to complete your payment. These cards have all worked fine in the past, I have no idea why they would have suddenly stopped being accepted. I can’t find any way to contact Paypal support about this issue. I don’t have any other payment methods I could add. Solved! Go to Solution.
