Cant recieve money???

Description

So a friend of mine is trying to send me some money but when he does it says « This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions. »and i have no clue what to do since i dont know how paypal works and he doesnt know either since he told me to check some settings i did and they were fine, i have no website or anything and idk what to do please help my discord is adam#8237
