Can’t receive payment !

Description

Hi All, I read about limitation, that written if any account got limitation can’t do anything with the funds but still can receive a payment. But in my case is different, we can’t receive a payment from customer while waiting PayPal review our account. We lost a lot of customer because this. Anyone have any issue like this ? Anyone know how to get a better way beside waiting PayPal restore our account ? Due this Covid-19 the service is very low. Waiting any response.
