Cant Add my card

Description

i had previously created an account with my card but had to delete it as i put wrong po box number and i coulnt change it, so i deleted that account and started a new one . but now my account is limited due to apparent suspicious activity , to prove im the legit owner i need my card statement, but my card is only a few days old and i cannot provide it, so i provided a screen shot of my latest purchase history with card. i really need help and want a speed fix. there is noone i can contact about this so helppp???
