Hi, I have a sum of money in $ and I live in Mauritius Our currency being Mauritian Rupess (MUR), this amount which is in my Paypal account since July 2019 cannot be transferred, my Mauritian account not having a source code as for US accounts, but an IBAN number rather and even my Visa card is not being recognised ? Can someone help ?
