Can this freeze my account?

Description

Hello, i have sold some items on ebay from company that was on vero list without i know it.
Ebay remove my listing and after that i didn’t sell anything else from this company.
After about a year this company send me an email that says that they make a lawsuit against me.
I would like to ask, this situation can freeze my paypal account through court order?
Can i do anything to protect my account if this lawsuit is real?
