Hello Everyone My paypal was created when I was living in France but I move here in Bulgaria now 2 years ago. My Bulgarian bank account is already link to my paypal ages ago and I am using paypal for any purchase. Now the question is, I have paypal funds that I wanted to transfer to my bulgarian account but I wont be able to do it. I dont know why, it says it wont allow to transfer. I can see my bank card link already. I ask for help at paypal and I been told its maybe because I am making the transfer out of France. Which I dont understand because All my details in paypal is already updated under bulgaria, my address and my phone number. Anyone can hrlp me about this? THANK YOU
