Bank withdrawl pending

Description

Hi I sold my old phone the other day followed pp rules and the £239 payment cleared today. I went to withdraw the cash to my bank and recieved a message saying it will be held for 72 hours for security. Why? I have had the same paypal for 8 years attached to the same account, I buy through it from ebay and other shops constantly ( 1 recent purchase was £204 through ebay they know its genuine) so gimme my money!!!! I sold it quick for my sons bday that is on sat but looks like pp strikes again. Please help
