I recently received this email
Hello Customer,
We have held your account and all pending orders.
We take this action, the billing information you provide does not match the information on our records with the card issuer.
To solve this problem, please verify now with the billing name, address and phone number registered on your payment card. If you recently moved, you may need to update this information with your card issuer.
I do not have a PayPal card. Is this a legitimate hold and if so how do I get it released?
