Account limitations

Description

I’ve tried to re-set limitations for couple weeks, no luck. My fault didnt recognise payment but was genuine and its been paid. Appt won’t let me resolve card or upload ID or anything just directs me to resolution centre and i go in a loop with nothing. Chat for 3 hours with 2 people i uploaded practically every photo document i have along with 2 pics of credit card statements, changed password and questions logged in again, chat guy told me to let him know I’d done it but he was away. Still account not working it’d be easier to get into the government
