Account is completely locked

Description

I’ve sent Id verification to disable the limitations on my account, though I’m 18, I made the account when I was younger, and because of this my account still has limitations. The response to my ID verification reccomended closing my account and making a new one. This requires me to both be able to move money out of my account (I can’t because of the limitations, and to close an account I must have nothing in my balance) I don’t even have the minimal amount in my balance to be able to move anything out in the first place. I’m completely immobilized, and all my banking information is just stitting there locked from all sides. I’d really appreciate some help, I can’t find anyway around this.
