Unable to make payments, due to security check, terrible customer service options

Description

So I am unable to complete any purchases right now because of a security check, which is fair. however, I have been waiting to make my payments for a week now. I have payment failing to complete, subscriptions failing, and all I need to do is get help with an override. Customer service has been terrible, I get an email back, explaining the situation, and that they can fix it, BUT i am told to use the live chat… heres the thing, paypal doenst have a live chat. so I called, No one is available to take my call… So someone please explain to me, how I can resolve this issue ASAP? Thanks.
