Hello, I want to ask if there’s a problem with PayPal or the seller’s bank. Is it also possible for the seller to contact the bank to lock the funds for the refund. It’s been 12 days and the estimated arrival of the refund was the 13th of November. The seller is very sketchy so I want to ask if it’s possible for them to do something like this.
