Morning all. i recently purchased an item in the uk costing 378gbp / 436.11euro the seller didn’t have the item in stock and refunded me the 378gpb. i only received 409.58euro into my account, is it correct that i lose out on the 26.53?
Dont see why i should be liable for it when they were out of stock
