I refunded a client 80$ but it happened that the client paid PayPal using his creditard as he didn’t had a PayPal Acccount. So what happened PayPal refuses to refund the client because he has no account. Called for 30 minutes PayPal speaking with some unhelpful people. Finally the client set up a PayPal account, so that he could contact PayPal giving my refund transaction#, hoping he gets his funds. NO, PayPal can not see if they paid the client…… Getting nuts.. 1./ Is it normal PayPal is not simply refunding on a clients creditcard? 2./ Is it normal PayPal has no capable people seeing they did a refund. 3./ Is it normal after sending 3 questions to PayPal, None of them are answered.
