not had my refund yet

ive been waiting for a refund from a marquitta since 2nd may she told paypal that she has refunded my money butits know the 6th july and ive still not received it and my bank statements show shes not paid me also ive been into my bank and thy said there is no refund in that name and ive tried phoning you and emailing you but ive still not got anywhere and you have closed this so how do i get my money back its £46 which is a lot to me as im a pensioner
