Money held buyer refusing to leave feedback to release

This is my first time shipping using PayPal. I shipped an expensive item so the money was placed on hold when the buyer sent me it. He wanted me to send to his job address rather than his address listed on his PayPal, so I did. Updated tracking info to try and get my money sooner. Package was delivered to him. Still shows “shipped” under status. Will sending to different location effect it from being released? Or will PayPal release it now that it was delivered. Can’t call because they’re closed due to Coronavirus which makes this so much harder. But I have bills to pay and need the money off hold. Have a feeling I’m getting scammed.
