Hey Paypal, I forgot to remove a listing from a classifieds ad. A buyer bought the item. I want to refund him immediately but it seems you’re keeping the taxes for yourself. I honestly don’t want to pay €18 just because I forgot to remove a listing from a website… Please advise. Long time user here.
