Good Day I bought some items at eBay then one went through paying with my credit card but the other 2 items failed. I queried it with their chat online then they told me to try some few tricks but it still failed. They then advised me to contact PayPal. They even tried giving me South African number to call 08003589448 and 0673902086 those numbers do not work. I find the communication with PayPal very poor, I mean I went to their website and read up then I was able to sign myself up then when I had to link my credit card with the PayPal account it failed, I tried to get help but their email respond its after 24 hours, they do not have online chat, I feel they should because they dealing with our sensitive information & our money. They are truly not accessible, I tried calling them they only have international number in their website, I think they should have a tab which has all contacts details for all countries. I hope and wish the community will be more accessible and helpful. However I am just frustrated, my main issue here is to link my credit card to my Paypal so I can start enjoy ecommerce. Kindly assist, I did everything I should do, I read other people’s similar problems and solution but I don’t know, I just sign up and I do not have another links, I put the account number correctly, I have deleted the cookies etc, I did all I should do but I get an error that says Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.  » Family please assist. «
