Withdrawing money or transferring to bank account

Description

It seems there is some sort of hold on my account. I’m guessing because I had more money than usual added two days ago and spent a good amount of it yesterday. The problem is, I am three truck payments behind on my auto loan and I need to pay it today but I cannot get access to my money it will not let me transfer it to my bank account no will it let me withdraw the cash At an ATM or at Walmart. The instant transfer is pending til who knows when!? What can I do!?!?
