Withdrawing

Hello. I withdrew my money from my account. Waited aprox. 5 days, so that it could be completed, but I still did not recieve my money. It says on my profile that its completed and over, but I still do not have my money… Anyone had same problem? Am I going to recieve em? I withdrew them on my bank account, so maybe bank is holding them and they are going to send me those? I have no idea. Please, tell me you had same problem and you still recieved those after few hours/days.
