Withdraw PayPal balance (USD) without currency conversion

Hi,
I have 10 USD in my PayPal balance. I would like to withdraw these without using PayPal’s atrocious conversion rate.
The problem is that in the page to confirm the withdrawal I see no option to just transfer the money in USD. I have a Monzo account. I also tried connecting my Revolut account (the USD one), but that didn’t work. I also linked my Transferwise card, but that apparently is not supported for withdrawals?
It looks like PayPal is trying harder and harder to not allow people to withdraw without currency conversion.
