Asked merchant for a refund but they told me in order for me to get a refund I have to end the dispute on PayPal in order for me to get the refund. reason being that since I opened the dispute, PayPal is holding on to the payment so they are unable to process the refund what should i do? cancel the dispute and hope that they will refund since their company website looks kind of shady or escalate the dispute to PayPal
