waiting for refund

Description

I paid for an itme through ebay on my card (the same card that’s linked to my paypal account) into the sellers paypal account, I had to return the item as it wasn’t as described and had issues with it, there was further problems with getting ebay to help with my refund. But the seller said that he sent the money on wednesday the 15th april, it’s now wednesday the 22nd april and I’ve not recieved my money, my bank have told me they can’t see any payments of the amount pending to go back in and I can’t get through to paypal customer sevices. Does anyone have any advice?
