Using PayPal

Description

I have a daughter in Washington state where I need to send her a limited number of payments to cover what she paid off for me. I am concerned that my account with PayPal might be hacked in the same way that my actual Debit Card was hacked and then I had to cancel my current card and get a new one from my bank. What would be the best way to protect PayPal from this occurring. I believe that I would be able to go to her website to make the payments as well as set them up for PayPal to initiate them.
