using my bank account as payment wont give me option any more

my paypal wont let me use my bank account as payment any more on ebay ,walmart or anywhere i called customer service they cant ansswer the issue so i went to remove my bank account says there is a pending transaction n i cannot remove it yet there is nothing in any of my notification showing or anything in my bank account showing pending or anything at all i have contacted both paypal and my bank without any help to fix this issue please help someone so i can use my bank account to use as a payment option again Solved!
