Up to 30 days to refund!

I really can’t believe in this day and age in can take 30 yes THIRTY days to issue a refund! Its now been over a month from when the seller issued me the £39+ , I’ve called Natwest (since PayPal say it depends who you bank with) and they say its rubbish and its just PayPal holding onto the money to gain interest! What’s worse since I’ve no money and this refund hasn’t come through, I’ve done another transaction on my mums account which also needs refunding this time £60! So in all I’m £90 down at the worst possible time of year! In future I think I’ll use Amazon at Christmas, at least they refund INSTANTLY!. In all I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted that Paypal should keep OUR money for over 4 weeks!
