Unable to transfer money into bank.

Description

Hi there, I’ve just started using PayPal, my first transfer from my friend was reviewed by system and later I received an email saying that the transaction has been confirmed and can be withdrew into my account. Later again, the same friend sent me another amount, and after I received it, I’m unable to withdraw this new amount into my bank. Prompting me the message of: There’s a problem. Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank. Anyone can assist me with this?
