Transfers shown as completed but not shown in balance

Hi all, Apparently my PlayStation account got hacked last Sunday (Dec 8, 2019), and the hacker has used my credit card through Paypal account linked to my PlayStation account to make transactions of around $600. On the same day, I had emailed both Paypal and PlayStation the refund request for unauthorized payments. In the meantime, in case of getting hacked again, I decided to remove all the banks and cards linked to the Paypal account. Until last night (Dec 11), I received an email from Paypal saying that the money is determined as unauthorized and all the payments would be transferred to my Paypal balance. Unfortunately, I can only see the transfer in the activity but my Paypal balance is remaining as $0. May I know if this is normal? or there is an error for the refund process due to that I unlink the credit card used to make those purchases? Thank you Solved! Go to Solution.
