Transactions on hold

Hello all, For the last week + all of my eBay sales transactions have been put on hold. 75% of the transactions have been delivered and the $$$ is still on hold. I’ve talked to 2 gentlemen with Paypal’s call center and however friendly they were not helpful with why these are being put on hold and how long the holds will continue for? I’m not a new seller and I have perfect 100% feedback. I also have no disputes with my buyers This has made me want to stop selling on eBay although I’ve had great success with my sales. Does anyone know how to get in phone contact with a supervisor or anyone with PayPal I won’t have a language barrier with? Just trying to get in contact with the call center is trying, I’ve been hung up on 3x and was on hold waiting for a supervisor through the call center and I was eventually disconnected. Please any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mike
