Transaction Holds

Description

I used my PayPal Cash card to reserve and pay for 16 nights of hotel accommodations. Each night the hotel charged an incidental fee in addition to the room charge. The incidental fees were subtracted from my account balance and reflected as pending. The room charges were also done the same way. The room charges completed, however, several of the incidental charges disappeared with funds never being credited back to my account. I have contacted customer service but received no help with this. I am talking about $300+ here. HELP!!!
