Good evening to all.
im having some problems to link my new Visa debit card to my PayPal account.
Card is linked but cant top up my balance which is in debt (reason i want to top up)
is there any other way how to top up?
i tried link bank acc but my bank acc. has not permision for souch a payments.
Can i somehow top up like when you do online shopping? type card details and pay?
