Bought a christmas gift from cheryl’s cookies.com. they charged me without taking my coupon. ask them to cancel order and they did so on nov 27 but had already taken my money from paypal 63.plus change. the present was not to arrive until dec 17. why can’t they refund to paypal now? i called again today and they said it would be refunded automatically since the item was cancelled and never sent – so how long do i have to wait?
