me and a buyer open up a case on eBay and eBay step in. and need buyer to return the item to me and after the item delivered then refund to the buyer buy is now answer yet but the buyer just ask PayPal to refund him reason is Unauthorized transaction. he want his money back without return the item. what should I do with it?
