You have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’m closing my account that I’ve had opened for years. It’s absolutely ridiculous the lengths I’ve went thru to get an item refunded and I’m still having to do more and spend my own money to get a refund. This is the most ridiculous unprofessional experience I’ve ever received!!
