Synchrony Bank says they have no access to our PayPal accounts prior to June 2019

I have made multiple calls to PayPal Credit&nbs[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]speaking with both customer service and collections. Both say the other can assist and has the information — Neither can locate any information prior to June 2019 when PayPal Credit was Bill Me Later. Synchrony Bank did assign customers new account numbers – but have no reference connected to the account prior to taking over from PayPal. I have called the following phone numbers or have faxed info to: Proof of who I have called is not allowed as you see below.

All in an attempt to find someone that can help. PayPal says no one has ever had this issue or a problem with recognizing the original PayPal Bill Me Later account to the new PayPal credit account established and now owned by Synchrony Bank.
PayPal owes me over $1,200. and needs to take care of this — However, they all claim that they cannot call me back, even when I request a call back and they have that on their recorded line.
