Support staff unwillingness to help

Hi. I had my account limited some time ago because I had moved to another country so I had to make a new account. Allthough the limitation came out of the blue and without any explanation I understood it after some chatting with support. Now when I am back where this account was created and I wished to have my account unlocked it got very much worse…AFTER contacting support. First try: After a short correspondence with pp support and me sending my id and proof of adress the ball was in their park. What they did? They withdrew paypal services from my account completely. Second try: I messeged support again, explaining the issue and the responce from them was to click on the resolution center from my notifications ». OK but the resolution takes me to a « You cant use paypal anymore message ». I replyed saying that and they sent an email asking for proof of my adress again. I sent it( the document I sent both times is a statement from my bank about my adress that I went and got especially for this reason) I got an answer that a team of experts will review my case in 72hrs. I waited 6 days with no responce and sent an email to nudge them. I got a swift responce with it being that they’re suspending my already suspended account. Third try: We’re back to step one from the second try. This game of cat and mouse has been going on for more than a month…. So what can I do in a situation where support is unwilling to help me and have no continuous line of reply for the emails I reply to. Its like every email they send is on its own and has no connection with our previous conversations. P.S The reason for the initial limitation was because I tried to connect a bank card from Switzerland and my account is from Bulgaria. I did not know it was prohibited so I disconnected this card and made a Swiss account for it but the limitation persisted and grew into total annihiliation. «
