Hi all I am having trouble. Someone purchased an item I have listed and as usual I would create shipping label and print it. Today all of a sudden payment can’t go through, i called ebay and checked information on both haven’t changed anything don’t know why it is causing me trouble! I also want to refund a buyer I already tried and won’t let me, and lastly PayPal won’t answer my calls
