Seller protection

Looking for advice in my current situation. I am due to meet a buyer tomorrow to sell items which total £150. He has paid via good and services which I appreciate covers him. However my gut is telling me something is wrong here. My MAJOR CONCERN is that as the collection is taking place in person and not posted etc I will have no proof that he has been given the goods tomorrow. Leaving me open for him to raise a dispute with PayPal and end up getting to keep the items plus also potentially get a refund for something he already has. And I will neither have the items or the goods . Can anyone give advice on this??? My instinct tomorrow is to refund the payment made and give him the choice of paying in cash or under PayPal friends and family. As I feel this situation could leave me with nothing. The only evidence that I have will be the screenshots that I have taken from out conversion on facebay. Are my instincts right on this …. is the best course of action baring in mind I won’t have a receipt for him getting the items to just refund and ask for cash tomorrow?? I am suspicious of this buyer and his intent…. I don’t want to be left without the goods and the money
