I purchased a gift on a website Biliuce.com which I am finding out now is a scam site. I purchased this gift 4 weeks ago and my tracking info is in Chinese. I’m assuming it’s not coming. I paid for it through PayPal check out but I used my personal debit card to pay. But it still shows on the receipt that I paid with PayPal but PayPal has no record. Or at least Idk where to find it. I want to request my refund back. Any ideas what to do???
